September 9, 2019: Regina Admits She Publicly Posted “Half Nudes” on a Daily Basis

September 9, 2019 tweet in which Regina Alonso states that she publicly posted “half nudes” on her former Twitter account on a daily basis while she was a teenager.
On September 9, 2019, Regina publicly stated that she had posted “half nudes” on her former Twitter account “on the daily,” documenting that she independently distributed images to the public.

On September 9, 2019, Regina publicly acknowledged that she had regularly posted partially nude images (whatever that means) on her former Twitter account during the same general period addressed by her later allegations against Lucas.

Regina wrote:

“I mean I was also publicly posting half nudes on my old twitter at the time on the daily as well”

She added that she believed a friend should have intervened:

“but a good friend would've slapped some sense into me I feel like”

What the record directly shows

Regina’s statement establishes that her distribution of intimate or partially nude images was public, not necessarily relevant to Lucas whom denies any inappropriate interaction with Regina, who is 3 years younger than Lucas.

Her admission shows that:

  • Regina independently posted “half nudes” to her own public Twitter account.
  • She described the posting as occurring “on the daily.”
  • The images were made available to a public online audience.
  • Regina exercised independent control over the creation and public distribution of similar material.
  • Regina’s own statement places her public posting conduct within the relevant period.

Direct contradiction of the Third Amended Complaint

The Third Amended Complaint alleges that Lucas groomed Regina, allegedly requested images from her, and allegedly received those "half nude" images (Which are what? A swim suit selfie from the 3 year junior? What? Judge Chun already dismissed Regina's claim there on the basis that even her claim was irrelevant to the proceedings.) as part of an attempted "trafficking" and "enticement" scheme.

Regina’s own public statement materially contradicts the complaint’s portrayal of her image-sharing behavior as conduct uniquely created, directed, or caused by Lucas, whom again, claims no such inappropriate interaction even occured.

The contemporaneous record instead shows that Regina was independently and repeatedly posting similar images to the public at large through her own account.

Her admission does not support the theory that Lucas introduced her to this conduct or exercised exclusive control over it. It shows that Regina was already choosing to create and distribute such images publicly, without any demonstrated request or direction from Lucas.

Why it matters

Regina’s later narrative depends on presenting Lucas as the person responsible for causing or inducing her to create and distribute intimate images.

This admission undermines that narrative.

Regina expressly stated that she was publicly posting “half nudes” every day. That conduct was broader than any alleged private exchange with Lucas and was directed toward the entire online public. For full disclosure, Regina Alonso later started a Chaturbate account, a site designed for individuals to masturbate live for the public internet audience. Lucas by contrast, has shown no interest in such behaviors that Regina actively engaged in.

The evidence therefore demonstrates:

  • independent image creation,
  • independent public distribution,
  • repeated conduct rather than an isolated private exchange,
  • and a preexisting pattern not shown to have been controlled by Lucas.

The screenshot directly undermines the complaint’s attempt to portray her image-sharing conduct as something created exclusively through

Lucas’s alleged grooming or solicitation of the woman whose age is 3 years different than Lucas.

Regina’s own admission shows that she was independently engaging in the same general category of conduct in public, on a recurring basis, and through an account she controlled. If Regina's confession here is of something illegal, it means Regina publicly confessed to being a criminal (person who committed crimes) independent of anything involving anyone else.
