Sarah/Phone Calls
Sarah: Phone Calls
This page documents direct telephone conversations involving Sarah and the Onision household, including contemporaneous notes, later acknowledgments, and statements relevant to Sarah’s changing public narrative.
January 22, 2021: Nine-Hour Call Records Major Admissions by Sarah

On January 22, 2021, Onision contacted Sarah directly to obtain answers about the accusations and public campaign that had contributed to his deplatforming and loss of his primary income.
Sarah voluntarily remained on the telephone with Onision for more than nine hours. The conversation continued into the following morning and ended only after Sarah’s sister took the telephone, refused to return it, and yelled that she was happy Sarah had ruined Onision’s life.
Sarah was concerned that the conversation might be recorded. Onision assured her that it was not being recorded and instead took contemporaneous notes documenting the time, duration, and most significant statements.
Admissions Recorded During the Call
Onision’s notes record Sarah stating that:
- Participants in the documentary were paid
- She had received enough money to “make a down payment on a house”
- She had twice apologized after being accused of sexually extorting Onision and Lucas
- Her documentary agreement prevented her from revealing how much participants were paid
- She hated Regina and Shiloh
- She considered Regina and Shiloh to be frauds
- She had intentionally misled people to make Onision look bad
- Onision removed her from his life because of the offense she committed against him
- She deliberately attempted to silence Onision and prevent interviews in which he could present evidence
- The laptop she publicly portrayed as containing incriminating material actually had nothing on it
- She turned over the laptop only because of pressure from the internet
- The public had donated money to replace the laptop without being told that the surrendered device contained nothing incriminating
The Two Apologies
The notes are consistent with Sarah’s separate admission that she twice said:
- “I’m sorry for raping you guys.”
Sarah later attempted to characterize those apologies as sarcasm or jokes. That explanation conflicts with the surrounding chronology:
- Onision accused Sarah of sexual extortion while ending the relationship.
- Sarah made the two apologies.
- Sarah became angry and stormed away.
- She later sobbed while holding Onision at the airport and begged him to forgive her.
- She publicly admitted that the airport forgiveness scene occurred.
- Only afterward did she begin dismissing the earlier apologies as sarcasm.
The January 2021 call records Sarah again acknowledging the two apologies, further undermining the attempt to portray them as meaningless jokes.
Evidence of Deliberate Narrative Manipulation
The most serious admission recorded in the notes is that Sarah intentionally misled people to make Onision look bad.
That admission connects several otherwise separate events:
- Sarah’s public accusations became substantially more extreme over time
- She attempted to prevent Onision from participating in interviews
- Interviews containing her contradictory prior statements were later made private
- She publicly coordinated with people she privately described as frauds
- She promoted suspicions about a laptop she later admitted contained nothing incriminating
- She later presented consensual adult conduct as assault in litigation
The notes therefore document more than ordinary disagreement or imperfect memory. They record Sarah acknowledging deliberate efforts to shape what the public heard while obstructing Onision’s ability to answer with evidence.
Documentary Payments and Motive
The notes also record Sarah admitting that documentary participants were compensated and that she had enough money to make a down payment on a house.
She further stated that confidentiality terms prevented her from revealing the amount paid.
This creates a direct financial-interest issue. Sarah publicly presented herself as exposing wrongdoing while privately acknowledging compensation substantial enough to materially improve her financial position.
Her hostility toward Regina and Shiloh also undermines the appearance of several independent, mutually corroborating accusers. According to the notes, Sarah privately described both women as frauds despite publicly participating in the same accusation campaign.
The Laptop Admission
Sarah had publicly allowed the laptop to become a central part of the accusation narrative. Supporters were encouraged to believe that it might contain evidence against Onision or Lucas, and money was raised to replace it after it was surrendered.
The notes record Sarah admitting that:
- The laptop contained nothing incriminating
- She turned it over only because the internet pressured her
- Donors were not told that the device contained nothing supporting the public suspicions
This admission is consistent with the later police and FBI record, which did not establish criminal activity from the laptop.
The Significance of the Call Itself
Sarah remained in a voluntary, extended conversation with Onision for more than nine hours and resumed speaking with him the following morning.
The call shows Sarah calmly and deliberately communicating with the person she would later portray as a source of extreme fear and coercive control. She understood the importance of what she was saying, specifically asked whether she was being recorded, and continued the conversation after being assured that notes—not an audio recording—were being made.
The conversation ended because Sarah’s sister intervened, not because Sarah expressed fear of Onision or independently ended contact.

The call lasted more than nine hours. The statements above reproduce the material admissions recorded in those notes.
March 27, 2021: Onision Distributes His Call Notes to Online Commentators

On March 27, 2021, Onision emailed several online commentators who had publicly covered and profited from the accusations against him.
The email memorialized the nine-hour January 22 call and the separate follow-up conversation the next morning. Onision also explained that Sarah had repeatedly expressed concern about being recorded and that he informed her Washington law prohibited recording the call without consent.
Contemporaneous Preservation
The timing is important. Onision distributed this summary approximately two months after the call—not years later after litigation disputes developed.
The email records that Sarah told him:
- Documentary participants were paid and required to sign confidentiality agreements
- She had enough money to make a down payment on a house
- She had twice apologized following the accusation that she sexually extorted Onision and Lucas
- She privately hated Regina and Shiloh and considered them frauds
- She intentionally misled people to make Onision look bad
- She attempted to prevent Onision from participating in interviews and presenting evidence
- The laptop central to the public campaign contained nothing incriminating
- She surrendered the laptop only because of internet pressure
The email also shows Onision correcting an earlier public position after receiving new information from Sarah. He acknowledged that his previous skepticism concerning documentary payments had been premature after Sarah directly confirmed that participants were compensated.
That willingness to correct the record strengthens the credibility of the notes: the email was not written merely to repeat a fixed narrative. It documented information that caused Onision to revise his own prior conclusion.
Evidentiary Significance
This email establishes that:
- Onision documented the January conversation shortly after it occurred.
- He preserved the date, duration, continuation into January 23, and Sarah’s recorded admissions.
- He distributed the summary while the accusations and monetized online coverage were still active.
- Multiple third parties received the account years before the present litigation disputes.
- The central admissions therefore were not recently created for the wiki or reconstructed after the fact.
The recipients had an opportunity to investigate Sarah’s statements, correct their coverage, or request further evidence. The email documents Onision actively attempting to place contradictory facts before people whose audiences were being shown only the accusation narrative.

December 19, 2021: Sarah Says She Has “Healed,” “Moved On,” and Wants Nothing to Do With Regina

On December 19, 2021, Onision called Sarah after learning of a possible document delivery connected to Regina.
Shortly after the call, Onision emailed himself a summary of the conversation. The emails were sent at 10:17 and 10:18 p.m., preserving the substance of the approximately 9:00 p.m. call while it was still fresh.
The notes record Sarah stating that:
- She was not part of any lawsuit involving Regina
- She had “healed”
- She had “moved on”
- She had no interest in Regina
- Shiloh was “out of her mind”
- Onision was rude to her when she was a minor, and she stated she forgave his rudeness.
The Contradiction
More than two years after the relationship ended, Sarah voluntarily spoke with Onision, forgave him for past rudeness, and described herself as healed and having moved on.
She also distanced herself from the other public accusers by denying involvement with Regina, stating that she had no interest in Regina, and describing Shiloh as being “out of her mind.”
This conflicts with the later presentation of Sarah, Regina, and Shiloh as a unified group of mutually corroborating victims.
It also shows that Sarah’s own private position toward Regina and Shiloh was substantially different from the united public narrative later presented around them.

December 19, 2021: Phone Log Corroborates Two Calls With Sarah

This phone log independently corroborates the December 19, 2021 conversations documented in Onision’s contemporaneous email notes.
The log records:
- A 31-minute, 50-second call beginning at 9:05 p.m.
- A second 4-minute, 9-second call beginning at 9:52 p.m.
- A combined conversation time of 35 minutes and 59 seconds
The times correspond with Onision’s notes stating that the conversation began at approximately 9:00 p.m. and was summarized by email shortly afterward at 10:17 and 10:18 p.m.
Evidentiary Significance
The phone record confirms that the documented conversation occurred and was substantial—not a brief unanswered call or attempted contact.
Sarah participated in more than half an hour of communication with Onision and then spoke with him again later that evening. During those conversations, she said she had “healed” and “moved on,” accepted his limited apology for having been rude to her as a minor, denied involvement in litigation with Regina, and distanced herself from Regina and Shiloh.
The call history corroborates continued direct communication rather than avoidance of Onision out of fear.

February 2023: Sarah Says Lucas’s Rejection Led Her to Seek Love From Onision

In February 2023, Sarah participated in another lengthy and voluntary telephone conversation with Lucas.
The notes record that they spoke from approximately 9:25 p.m. until 11:27 p.m., primarily discussing music, old videos, and events in their lives.
During the call, Onision entered the room and explained that his feelings were hurt because he believed Sarah had used him to retaliate against Lucas.
The notes state:
- “James came in the room and wanted to talk about his feelings being hurt because he thought that she had only used him to get back at me.”
Sarah became upset during the discussion, and Onision left the room. Sarah then explained her motive to Lucas:
- “She clarified to me that really she just felt rejected by me and wanted someone to love her.”
Sarah also asked Lucas to check on Onision:
- “She wanted me to make sure he was ok.”
The notes further record that Sarah told Lucas he was:
- “still the best friend she’s ever had”
What the Call Establishes
Sarah’s explanation places her sexual and romantic pursuit of Onision within her reaction to feeling rejected by Lucas.
Rather than describing herself as frightened of Onision or forced into the relationship, Sarah explained that she felt rejected and wanted another person to love her.
The call also shows that:
- Sarah remained in extended, voluntary contact with Lucas in 2023
- She continued describing Lucas as the best friend she had ever had
- She understood that her conduct had emotionally harmed Onision
- She asked Lucas to make sure Onision was okay
- Onision confronted Sarah directly about feeling used
- Sarah discussed emotional rejection and her desire to be loved, not sexual coercion
Sarah explained that Lucas’s rejection drove her to seek love and validation from Onision. She also recognized that Onision felt used and emotionally harmed by what happened, then asked Lucas to check on him and make sure he was okay.
Her own explanation frames the relationship as a response to rejection and a desire to be loved. It directly contradicts the later claim that her involvement with Onision resulted from fear, coercion, or an inability to choose.

February 2023: Sarah Casually Reconnects With Lucas, As Lucas Takes Notes About All Their Communications As Evidence, Shortly Before Sarah's Legal Action

In February 2023, Sarah remained in active, friendly contact with Lucas.
Lucas asked:
- “Hey I’m not sure what time you get off work, I don’t want to bug you lol did you want to talk again tonight?”
Sarah responded:
- “yeah im out with friends right now but like 11pm/12am my time I’ll be free!”
Lucas replied:
- “Sounds like a plan. Take your time I should be around so just call when you’re ready.”
The conversation then continued casually through shared music recommendations and discussion of albums.
What the Messages Establish
The exchange confirms that Sarah:
- Voluntarily arranged additional late-night calls with Lucas
- Continued speaking with him repeatedly
- Shared casual interests and personal details
- Communicated comfortably and without visible fear
- Remained socially connected to the household shortly before the later lawsuit
These dated Snapchat messages independently corroborate the February 2023 call logs and contemporaneous notes documenting lengthy conversations involving Sarah, Lucas, and Onision.
They also strengthen the surrounding record that Sarah privately denied interest in litigation involving Regina while continuing friendly contact with the people she would soon accuse publicly and in court.
The chronology is direct: Sarah was casually reconnecting, arranging calls, discussing music, and speaking personally with Lucas and Onision shortly before joining litigation that portrayed the household as a source of extreme psychological control and abuse.

February 2023: Lucas Preserves Sarah’s Casual Messages and Repeated Call Arrangements

Throughout February 2023, Lucas preserved Sarah’s Snapchat messages while separately documenting their lengthy telephone conversations.
The screenshots show Sarah comfortably discussing:
- Music and videos
- Dreams and nights out with friends
- Memes and shared jokes
- Work
- Medical concerns
- Personal memories
- Additional telephone calls with Lucas
In one exchange, Lucas asked:
- “Are you busy? Have time for a quick call?”
Sarah responded:
- “nah im free, just chillin in bed”
In another exchange, Sarah agreed to speak again at approximately 11:00 p.m. or midnight.

Why Lucas Preserved the Communications
Lucas states that speaking with Sarah was emotionally difficult because he regarded her as the person who had sexually extorted, deceived, and publicly harmed the household.
He nevertheless continued communicating long enough to document Sarah’s conduct and statements because he anticipated that she might later deny the contact, misrepresent what had been discussed, or pursue legal action.
The screenshots confirm that this preservation effort was occurring contemporaneously. Lucas was not attempting to reconstruct the conversations years later. He photographed the messages, retained call histories, and took notes while Sarah was actively communicating with him.
What the Screenshots Establish
The dated records confirm that Sarah:
- Remained in active contact with Lucas in February 2023
- Voluntarily arranged repeated telephone conversations
- Shared intimate and ordinary details of her daily life
- Communicated in a relaxed, joking, and familiar tone
- Continued discussing shared interests and memories
- Spoke directly with both Lucas and Onision during the same period
These screenshots independently corroborate the February 2023 call logs and contemporaneous notes. They prove that the extensive

conversations documented by Lucas occurred during the period stated.
Sarah privately communicated as though ordinary personal contact had resumed, while Lucas preserved the exchanges because he feared she would later present a substantially different account.

February 9, 2023: Sarah’s Friend Lane Coordinates Renewed Contact With the Household

On February 9, 2023, Sarah’s friend Lane acted as an intermediary while communication reopened between Sarah, Onision, and Lucas.
After speaking with Lane for approximately two hours, Onision wrote:
- “Thanks for talking to me today. I really appreciated the 2 hour (ish) conversation and you really helped me feel a lot better.”
He added:
- “You sound like you are a good friend and I appreciate so much of what you said. If I am upset in the future, I hope you will let me call you, but if you don’t want to hear from me, I’ll respect that as well.”
Lane later replied:
- “I’m free now. is kai still around?”
What the Exchange Establishes
The messages document a cooperative and permission-based process:
- Sarah’s friend voluntarily spoke with Onision for approximately two hours
- Onision expressly stated that he would respect Lane’s boundaries
- Lane remained willing to continue communicating
- Lane asked whether Lucas was available
- Lane helped coordinate the conversations that followed with Sarah
This exchange establishes the beginning of the February 2023 communication chain. The later Snapchat messages, call logs, and contemporaneous notes confirm that Sarah then participated in repeated and lengthy conversations with Lucas and Onision.
The evidence shows that contact was not forced, secretive, or threatening. It was facilitated by Sarah’s own friend, followed by Sarah freely speaking with the household, arranging additional calls, sharing personal information, and describing Lucas as the best friend she had ever had.
The sequence sharply conflicts with the later portrayal that Sarah was avoiding the household from fear or was psychologically unable to communicate with them voluntarily.

February 12–17, 2023: Call Logs Corroborate Repeated, Lengthy Contact With Sarah

Lucas’s Google Voice history documents repeated telephone contact with Sarah during February 2023.
The visible log includes calls on:
- February 12
- February 14
- February 15
- February 17
The February 14 call lasted:
- “2 hr, 44 min, 46 sec”
This independently corroborates the contemporaneous notes documenting lengthy personal conversations between Sarah, Lucas, and Onision during the same period.
What the Call Log Establishes
The record confirms that Sarah remained in sustained contact with the Onision household immediately before the later litigation.
These were not isolated unanswered calls. The call history documents repeated communication and at least one connected conversation lasting nearly three hours.
Read with the dated Snapchat messages and contemporaneous call notes, the record establishes that Sarah:
- Continued speaking extensively with Lucas
- Shared highly personal information about relationships, sexual health, drug use, and conflicts with other men
- Continued discussing her history with Onision
- Referred to Lucas as the best friend she had ever had
- Agreed to continue future conversations
- Maintained ongoing contact years after the events she later characterized as severe abuse
The dated logs materially strengthen the credibility of the surrounding notes because they independently verify that the documented calls occurred when Lucas recorded them.
They also contradict the portrayal that Sarah avoided Onision and Lucas out of fear. The evidence shows repeated, lengthy, voluntary communication continuing into February 2023.

February 16, 2023: Dated Snapchat Messages Confirm Ongoing Contact and Sarah’s Threatening Conduct

On February 16, 2023, Sarah discussed an accusation that she had transmitted a sexually transmitted infection to a man in Michigan.
Sarah told Lucas:
- “This dude I haven’t spoken to in months posted on his story and tagged me that I gave him an STI.”
She denied the accusation, stating that she used condoms, underwent regular testing, and possessed medical records supporting her denial.
Sarah then described her response:
- “Nah I was going psychotic. I drove to where his location was at like 4 am and told him to come outside and fucking fight me.”
When Lucas asked whether the man came outside, Sarah replied:
- “Nah he was being a pussy bitch.”
The Dated Messages Corroborate the 2023 Communication Timeline
These screenshots visibly identify Sarah as the Snapchat contact and include the date February 16, 2023.
They independently confirm that Sarah was actively and voluntarily communicating with Lucas during the same period documented in the February 2023 phone-call notes.
Read together, the records establish a consistent timeline:
- Sarah remained in direct contact with Lucas years after the relationship ended
- She participated in extended personal conversations with the household
- She discussed private details of her relationships, sexual health, and conflicts with other men
- She continued describing Lucas as someone she trusted with highly personal information
- The dated Snapchat exchange corroborates the surrounding notes documenting Sarah’s continued calls and contact with both Lucas and Onision
Sarah’s Own Description of Her Conduct
Sarah portrays herself as the aggressor in this incident.
According to her own messages, she:
- Located the man after seeing his accusation
- Drove to his location at approximately 4 a.m.
- Demanded that he come outside
- Threatened a physical confrontation
- Insulted him
- Described herself as “going psychotic”
This is direct evidence of Sarah confronting a man aggressively when she believed he had publicly lied about her.
It also follows her earlier hostile statement that she “hate[d] men.” Her own messages show that she was capable of tracking down a man, traveling to confront him, issuing a physical challenge, and using openly aggressive language.
That conduct directly conflicts with the later portrayal of Sarah as unable to confront men, unable to assert boundaries, or psychologically incapable of resisting people she believed had mistreated her.

February 17, 2023: Sarah Discusses Impaired Driving, Drug Use, and Killing Men She Considers “Bad”

On February 17, 2023, Sarah voluntarily spoke with Lucas for more than two hours, from approximately 10:05 p.m. until 12:10 a.m.
The conversation itself further confirms that Sarah remained in active personal contact with Lucas immediately before the later litigation. She discussed private details about her sexual health, substance use, employment history, family, and violent thoughts.
The notes record that Sarah:
- Frequently smoked marijuana while driving
- Had used LSD twice
- Used cocaine before serving customers while working as a waitress
- Drank tequila “shot for shot” with college-aged men at parties hosted by her mother while she was underage
- Was being publicly accused by a former sexual partner of transmitting chlamydia
- Said she could see herself becoming a serial killer who targeted men she considered “bad”
- Added that if men began being killed in Michigan, “it’s probably her”
The Violent Statement
The notes state:
- “She also said she could see herself becoming a serial killer for men who are bad and if people start getting killed in Michigan that it’s probably her.”
This was not an isolated record of Sarah using aggressive language. During the same period, Sarah told Lucas that she had located another man at approximately 4 a.m., driven to him, demanded that he come outside and fight her, and insulted him when he refused.
Together, the dated Snapchat messages and these call notes show Sarah openly describing herself as:
- Aggressive toward men she believed had wronged her
- Willing to locate and confront a man at his residence
- Willing to threaten physical violence
- Capable of expressing violent fantasies about killing men
- Fully capable of asserting herself when angry
Sarah’s own conduct and statements directly contradict the later portrayal that she was psychologically incapable of confronting men, expressing refusal, defending herself, or acting independently.
Corroboration of the Phone-Call Record
The independently dated February 16 Snapchat exchange proves that Sarah was actively communicating with Lucas during the same period covered by these notes.
That dated communication corroborates the surrounding record of extensive calls involving Sarah, Lucas, and Onision immediately before Sarah joined the later lawsuit. Sarah was voluntarily contacting them, discussing intimate personal matters, revisiting their shared history, and agreeing to continue speaking with Lucas.
The evidence supports the accuracy of the contemporaneous call chronology and the statements documented during it.

April 29, 2023: Phone Record and Immediate Notes Document an Apparent Harassing Call Involving Sarah

On April 29, 2023, Onision received a 33-second call from a telephone number using Michigan’s 269 area code.
Immediately afterward, he documented the exchange:
- “Someone just called from Michigan saying ‘do you know what’s it’s like to be a dumb bitch?’ With a girl who sounded like Sarah laughing in the background.”
Onision responded:
- “Is that all?”
The caller replied:
- “Oh I have a lot to say if you got the time.”
After Onision stated that he did not know who was calling, the caller hung up.
What the Evidence Establishes
The exhibit preserves two matching contemporaneous records:
A phone log showing a 33-second incoming call at 9:36 p.m. from the same Michigan area code associated with Sarah’s documented contact information
Notes written immediately afterward recording the caller’s exact insult and a woman sounding like Sarah laughing in the background
The language also matches Sarah’s documented pattern when attacking men. Only weeks earlier, Sarah called the man who accused her of transmitting an STI a:
- “pussy bitch”
She also admitted locating that man, driving to him at approximately 4 a.m., and demanding that he come outside and fight her.
Her public responses to Onision similarly relied on short, mocking phrases such as:
- “rip”
and:
- “damn he mad”
The April 29 caller’s use of “dumb bitch,” combined with the Michigan number, Sarah-like laughter, insulting tone, and Sarah’s established language pattern strongly supports the conclusion that the call originated from Sarah’s circle and that Sarah participated in the harassment.
The call continued the same documented pattern: Sarah and people associated with her contacting Onision to provoke, mock, and insult him—not avoiding him out of fear. Onision received no other prank calls from any area code anywhere near that time frame, further suggesting it is unlikely anyone else was pranking Onision.

August 7, 2024: Sarah Calls Onision at 6:39 A.M., Admits the Apologies and “Destroy Your Lives” Statement, Then Calls Them Jokes, Then Wishes His Cancer Would Return and Destroy His Body & Hangs Up

On August 7, 2024, Sarah called Onision at approximately 6:39 a.m., waking him and immediately beginning a hostile confrontation.
Sarah laughed, insulted Onision, mocked the trauma he described, and repeatedly attempted to portray herself as having been a child during the disputed events. Onision corrected her:
- “You were an adult, Sarah.”
Sarah Admits Making the Two Apologies
Onision confronted Sarah about the two times she said:
- “I’m (Sarah is) sorry for raping you guys.”
Sarah did not deny saying it. After a long pause, she responded:
- “Dude, it was sarcastic.”
When Onision asked how someone sarcastically apologizes for rape immediately after being accused and dumped, Sarah again defended the statement as ridicule rather than denying that she made it.
Later in the same call, she repeated:
- “It was sarcastic because it was so ridiculous to me that you would ever even say that.”
The call therefore captures Sarah acknowledging the two apologies while attempting to change their meaning years afterward.

That explanation conflicts with the established chronology:
- Onision accused Sarah of sexual extortion while ending the relationship.
- Sarah apologized twice.
- Sarah stormed away after the confrontation.
- She later held Onision at the airport, sobbed, and begged him to forgive her.
- Sarah publicly admitted that the airport forgiveness scene occurred.
- She later began calling the original apologies sarcasm or jokes.
Her admission that she later begged forgiveness gives serious context to the apologies she now attempts to dismiss.
Sarah Admits the “Destroy Your Lives” Statement
Onision also confronted Sarah about telling both him and Lucas that she could destroy their lives.
Sarah initially responded:
- “What?”
After Onision repeated the statement, Sarah paused and answered:
- “As a joke!? Sure, I probably did.”
This is another admission followed by the same excuse.
Sarah acknowledges that she probably made the threat, but attempts to neutralize it by calling it a joke. Her later public campaign, deplatforming efforts, and litigation gave the statement direct significance: the destruction she described was subsequently carried out against the household’s income, reputation, and stability.
Sarah Initiates Contact While Claiming She Wants No Contact
Sarah stated:
- “I called you because I want you to leave me alone.”
The contradiction is immediate: Sarah initiated the early-morning call, woke Onision, laughed at him, insulted him, and prolonged the confrontation while claiming that she wanted no contact.
When Onision raised the active lawsuit, Sarah mockingly responded in a “goofy voice”:
- “I don’t know anything about that.”
When told to stop suing him, she laughed and said:
- “I don’t even!”
The performance did not reflect confusion. Sarah openly mocked the existence of litigation in which she was being used to pursue millions of dollars from the household.
Mockery, Abuse, and a Wish for Physical Harm
Throughout the call, Sarah:
- Laughed while Onision discussed trauma and therapy
- Called him an “old fucking fart”
- Mocked his attempt to defend himself
- Claimed he had “no defense”
- Repeatedly reframed her prior admissions as jokes
- Initiated the call while demanding that he leave her alone
Sarah ended the call by stating:
- “You are so old and disgusting, and I hope that the skin cancer comes back and eats your dick off. Like, on God.”
This was not avoidance by someone afraid to confront Onision. Sarah directly initiated contact, ridiculed his trauma, admitted making the key statements attributed to her, and wished that a serious illness would return and physically destroy him.
The Pattern Captured in One Call
The call exposes Sarah’s repeated method of dealing with damaging prior statements:
- She acknowledges saying them
- She avoids their original context
- She labels them sarcasm or jokes
- She mocks anyone who treats them seriously
She uses that explanation for both her two apologies and her statement that she could destroy Onision and Lucas’s lives.
The recording preserves Sarah admitting the statements herself. The remaining dispute is not whether she said them, but whether her later “joke” explanation can be reconciled with her conduct afterward—including begging Onision for forgiveness and participating in the campaign that devastated the household.

August 7, 2024: Washington’s One-Party-Consent Exception Authorized Recording the 6:39 A.M. Call

Washington generally requires every participant’s consent before a private telephone conversation may be recorded. RCW 9.73.030 expressly creates exceptions to that rule.
Under RCW 9.73.030(2), a conversation may be recorded with the consent of only one participant when it:
- Conveys threats of extortion, blackmail, bodily harm, or other unlawful demands
- Occurs anonymously
- Occurs repeatedly
- Occurs at an extremely inconvenient hour
Sarah placed the August 7, 2024 call to Onision at approximately 6:39 a.m. The call followed prior unwanted and apparently coordinated telephone harassment, including the April 29, 2023 call from a Michigan-area number during which a woman sounding like Sarah laughed in the background.
Onision was a participant in the August 7 call and consented to its recording. The repeated-contact history and the extremely inconvenient hour placed the call within RCW 9.73.030(2)(c), which expressly permits recording with one party’s consent.
During the call, Sarah also:
- Admitted making the two “I’m sorry for raping you guys” statements, while attempting to reclassify them as sarcasm
- Acknowledged that she probably said she could destroy Onision and Lucas’s lives, while calling that statement a joke
- Mocked Onision’s trauma and therapy
- Initiated contact while simultaneously demanding that he leave her alone
- Wished that his skin cancer would return and destroy part of his body
The recording therefore preserved a repeated early-morning harassment call containing admissions, ridicule, and an explicit wish for severe bodily harm. Its recording was supported by Washington’s statutory one-party-consent exception.

August 7, 2024: Phone Log Confirms Sarah’s 6:39 A.M. Call Lasted Nearly Twelve Minutes

Onision’s phone history independently confirms the occurrence, direction, time, and duration of Sarah’s August 7, 2024 call.
The record shows:
- Sarah placed the call to Onision
- The call began at 6:39 a.m.
- The connected call lasted 11 minutes and 42 seconds
- The call came from Sarah’s Michigan-area telephone number
Sarah’s call awakened Onision at an extremely inconvenient hour. Because he was asleep and away from recording equipment when the call began, only the later portion of the conversation was captured.
Corroboration of the Recorded Call
The phone record matches the preserved audio and transcript in which Sarah:
- Admitted making the two “I’m sorry for raping you guys” statements
- Claimed those apologies were sarcastic
- Acknowledged that she probably said she could destroy Onision and Lucas’s lives
- Attempted to dismiss that statement as a joke
- Mocked Onision’s trauma and therapy
- Denied knowledge of the lawsuit while laughing
- Wished that Onision’s skin cancer would return and destroy his body
The call log establishes that Sarah initiated this confrontation. She was not responding to contact from Onision; she called him before 7:00 a.m., remained connected for nearly twelve minutes, and used the call to ridicule, insult, and harass him.
Legal Basis for Recording
RCW 9.73.030(2) permits a participant to record a telephone conversation with one-party consent when the communication:
- Conveys threats of extortion, blackmail, bodily harm, or other unlawful demands
- Occurs anonymously (like the prank call received before)
- Occurs repeatedly (like the prank call received before)
- Occurs at an extremely inconvenient hour
The 6:39 a.m. timing and the documented history of repeated unwanted calls independently placed this communication within the statute’s one-party-consent exception.
