September 21, 2022: Anonymous Gene claims he financed Chris Hansen's doorstep confrontation to induce Onision's murder/suicide

On September 21, 2022, Anonymous Gene sent Onision a Google Voice message claiming that he paid for Chris Hansen and

September 21, 2022 message attributed to Anonymous Gene claiming he financed Chris Hansen and his crew’s trip to Onision’s home to see whether Onision would die by suicide, followed by statements urging a murder-suicide involving Onision and Lucas.

Hansen's entire crew to fly to Onision's home and confront him at his front door.

Gene expressly identified his purpose:

"I paid for Chris and the entire crew, to fly to your house and knock on the door.... Just because I wanted to see if you would kill yourself like the last guy that had Hansen knock on his door."

Gene continued:

"You disappoint me daily greg. I'm patiently waiting for that murder / suicide.... because if you don't take out Taylor...? I'll buy her a house too, and furnish it.... Just to have Hansen interview her."

Gene claimed financial responsibility for the doorstep operation

Gene's own message states that he paid for:

"Chris and the entire crew"

to fly to Onision's home and knock on the door.

Gene did not describe the trip as journalism, service of process, public-safety activity, or an attempt to obtain a fair response. He described it as an operation funded because he wanted to see whether the confrontation would cause Onision to die by suicide.

The message therefore documents:

• Gene claiming that he financed Hansen's travel and crew;
• Gene identifying Onision's private home as the destination;
• Gene identifying a doorstep confrontation as the planned act;
• Gene expressly identifying suicide as the desired result;
• Gene linking the operation to a prior death associated with Hansen's television work;
• Gene later demanding a murder-suicide involving Onision and Lucas.

This is direct evidence of malicious intent behind Gene's claimed financial involvement in the doorstep campaign.

Gene invoked the Louis Conradt death

Gene's reference to:

"the last guy that had Hansen knock on his door"

tracks the death of Louis William Conradt Jr. during a 2006 Dateline NBC: To Catch a Predator operation.

Conradt died by suicide inside his home while police entered and members of the NBC production waited outside to film the arrest.

In Conradt v. NBC Universal, Inc., a federal judge ruled that the principal claims against NBC could proceed. The court stated that a reasonable jury could find that NBC pushed police into unnecessary and unwise tactics for dramatic television footage, created a substantial risk of suicide or other harm, and engaged in conduct so extreme that no civilized society should tolerate it.

NBC later settled the lawsuit brought by Conradt's estate.

Gene's message shows that he knew this history and allegedly sought to recreate its fatal result at Onision's home.

An express murder-suicide fantasy directed at Onision and Lucas

Gene stated that he was:

"patiently waiting for that murder / suicide"

He then urged Onision to:

"take out Taylor"

The reference was to Lucas. Gene was therefore encouraging Onision to kill Lucas and then die by suicide.

This was not political commentary, criticism, parody, or legal advocacy. It was targeted psychological abuse directed at a married couple and their household, written by a person already engaged in repeated unwanted communications and neighborhood harassment.

The message was designed to:

• encourage Onision's suicide;
• encourage the murder of Lucas;
• terrorize both members of the household;
• celebrate the possibility of their deaths;
• exploit an earlier televised suicide as a model;
• reinforce Gene's claimed connection to Chris Hansen;
• demonstrate that Gene viewed fatal harm as the desired conclusion of his campaign.

Criminal stalking and harassment implications

Federal stalking law applies when a person uses interstate travel or electronic communications as part of a course of conduct undertaken with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate and the conduct causes, attempts to cause, or would reasonably be expected to cause substantial emotional distress.

Federal law also treats a person who aids, abets, counsels, induces, finances, or procures a federal offense as a principal.

Gene's claim that he financed travel to Onision's home for the stated purpose of provoking suicide is highly probative of intent, procurement, participation, and motive within a federal stalking analysis.

Washington criminal-harassment law applies to qualifying threats of bodily injury or malicious acts intended to substantially harm another person's physical health or safety when the threats create reasonable fear.

Gene's expressed desire to cause suicide, his encouragement of Lucas's murder, his claimed financing of a confrontation at the family home, and his wider course of repeated harassment are evidence of criminal stalking intent and conduct directed toward the physical and psychological safety of Onision and Lucas.

Property and trespass evidence to preserve

Gene claimed that he financed the trip to Onision's private residence.

The related security footage, property boundaries, posted notices, communications denying access, police reports, and complete recordings of the doorstep incident should be preserved to establish whether members of the operation knowingly entered or remained unlawfully on the property under Washington's criminal-trespass statute.

Harm to Onision, Lucas, and their children

Gene's message gave Onision and Lucas reason to understand that a hostile stalker claimed to possess the money and relationships necessary to send a media crew across the country to their private home.

Gene then stated that the intended outcome was suicide and encouraged the murder of Lucas.

The resulting harm included:

• fear that Gene would finance additional confrontations;
• fear that Hansen or other campaign participants would again appear at the residence;
• concern that Gene wanted Onision and Lucas dead;
• emotional distress caused by direct murder-suicide encouragement;
• loss of safety and privacy at the family home;
• danger to the children living in the household;
• concern that online stalkers were coordinating with financially supported media participants;
• continuing fear that Gene's fixation would escalate further.

Onision and Lucas had the legal right to live safely in their own home without a stalker financing doorstep confrontations, encouraging suicide, demanding spousal murder, or using their children and residence as instruments of psychological terror.

September 21, 2022: Gene claims control over Hansen, defames Lucas, and threatens to finance fantasy imprisonment abuse

On September 21, 2022, Anonymous Gene sent Onision a Google Voice message containing false rape accusations, claims of financial control over Chris Hansen, and a threat to use money to encourage the mistreatment of Onision by inmates.

Gene wrote, with Lucas substituted for the former name used in the original message:

"[Lucas] is just as big a rapist as you are greg... Hansen didn't take your money away... I did. I sent him to your house, I paid for that. I am the one, you have no one else in this world to blame for you being exposed but me.... Hansen is but a pawn to someone like me. When you are in prison, trust I will be funding many inmates commissary. Just to make sure you are having a horrible time in prison."

September 21, 2022 message attributed to Anonymous Gene falsely accusing Onision and Lucas of rape, claiming responsibility for financing Hansen’s visit to their home and Onision’s financial losses, and threatening to fund inmates to ensure Onision suffers in Gene’s fictional prison scenario.

Gene falsely accused Onision and Lucas of rape

Gene opened the message by categorically branding both Onision and Lucas rapists.

This was an accusation of serious criminal conduct, not a statement of ordinary criticism. The police record and the accusers' (Sarah/Regina) own contemporaneous statements failed to substantiate the criminal narrative Gene was promoting.

Gene used the false accusation as an instrument of harassment: to degrade the couple, justify further targeting, and portray his campaign as deserved punishment.

Gene claimed responsibility for Hansen's operation and the destruction of Onision's income

Gene stated:

"Hansen didn't take your money away... I did."

He then claimed:

"I sent him to your house, I paid for that."

Gene further described Hansen as:

"a pawn to someone like me."

These statements are admissions against Gene's interest. He claimed that he financed Hansen's trespassing at the family home, exercised influence over Hansen, and intended the resulting media operation to destroy Onision's income and reputation.

The message is especially significant when read with Gene's separate statement that he paid for "Chris and the entire crew" to travel to Onision's home because he wanted Onision to die by suicide.

Gene was not describing himself as a passive viewer. He was claiming the role of financier, instigator, and controlling participant.

Gene threatened to use money to encourage inmate mistreatment

Gene announced:

"I will be funding many inmates commissary. Just to make sure you are having a horrible time in prison."

There was no criminal prosecution, conviction, or incarceration of Onision arising from Sarah's or Regina's inconsistent collective statements. The prison scenario was Gene's own malicious fantasy.

The threat communicated Gene's intention to use money as leverage over inmates for the purpose of ensuring that Onision would be abused, tormented, or otherwise mistreated.

The message therefore documents:

• Gene's fixation on a fictional incarceration of Onision;
• his intention to use money to influence other people;
• his desire that Onision suffer physical or psychological abuse;
• his claimed ability and willingness to finance that abuse;

Criminal significance

The message is part of Gene's documented course of repeated electronic contact, neighborhood targeting, residential exposure, suicide encouragement, murder-suicide rhetoric, and threats involving third parties.

That course of conduct implicates:

• RCW 9A.46.020, Washington criminal harassment;
• RCW 9A.46.110, Washington stalking;
• 18 U.S.C. 2261A, federal stalking through electronic communications;
• RCW 9A.28.030, criminal solicitation where money or another thing of value is offered for specific criminal conduct;
• RCW 9A.08.020, accomplice liability where a person knowingly solicits, encourages, requests, aids, or finances another person's crime.

Gene's message already establishes the intent to use money to cause mistreatment. Evidence that commissary payments were offered in exchange for a specific assault or other criminal act would establish the additional solicitation or accomplice component.

Evidence of motive, intent, and coordination

Gene's statements reveal his own asserted motives:

• to destroy Onision's income;
• to send Hansen to the family home;
• to control or manipulate Hansen as a "pawn";
• to spread false criminal accusations against Onision and Lucas;
• to frighten Onision with fabricated prison scenarios;
• to finance third parties who would make Onision suffer.

Viewed with Gene's advance knowledge of Sarah's contemplated lawsuit and the neighborhood mail campaign, this message further documents that Gene was an active participant in the larger campaign rather than an independent commentator.

Harm to Onision and Lucas

Gene directly informed Onision and Lucas that he claimed the financial resources and media relationships necessary to send people to their home, damage their income, spread accusations of rape, and pay others to torment Onision.

The resulting harm included:

• fear that Gene would finance further targeting;
• reputational damage from false rape accusations;
• distress caused by threatened inmate abuse;
• loss of safety and privacy at the family home;
• fear that Gene would recruit or pay third parties;

October 3, 2022: Criminal Stalker Anonymous Gene Claims He and Chris Hansen Bet on When Onision Would Be Murdered As A Result of Their Actions

On October 3, 2022, criminal stalker Anonymous Gene sent Onision a Google Voice message threatening him with a fatal prison

stabbing and claiming that Gene and Chris Hansen had made a bet over how quickly Onision would be murdered.

Gene wrote:

"You know they won't put you in a special unit right? They will put you with the normal prisoners."

He then claimed:

"Hansen and I have a bet. He says a year, I say a month and you'll be dead."

Gene concluded by celebrating the imagined stabbing:

"They gonna shank you up nicely."

A fabricated prison scenario used to terrorize Onision

Onision was not facing a criminal charge, conviction, sentence, or incarceration. Sarah & Regina both legally cleared Onision to police.

Gene nevertheless repeatedly constructed fictional prison scenarios in which Onision would be sexually abused, physically assaulted, stabbed, or murdered.

The absence of any real criminal proceeding is precisely what makes the message revealing. Gene was not commenting upon an actual sentence or legitimate court process. He was inventing a violent outcome and delivering it directly to Onision for the purpose of intimidation, humiliation, and psychological torment.

Gene claimed that Hansen participated in a wager over Onision's death

Gene stated:

"Hansen and I have a bet."

According to Gene's own account, Hansen predicted that Onision would survive one year, while Gene predicted that Onision would be murdered within one month.

The statement is evidence of Gene's claimed communication and coordination with Hansen. It also places Hansen inside Gene's violent narrative rather than portraying Gene as an isolated viewer with no connection to the media campaign.

Gene had previously claimed that he financed Hansen and his crew's trip to Onision's home. In this message, Gene went further by claiming that he and Hansen discussed and wagered on the timing of Onision's death.

The message threatened and celebrated lethal violence

Gene did not merely speculate that prison could be dangerous.

He directly told Onision:

"you'll be dead"

and:

"They gonna shank you up nicely."

A "shank" is an improvised stabbing weapon. Gene's language therefore described a specific form of lethal violence, predicted that it would be inflicted upon Onision, and celebrated the imagined attack.

The word "nicely" added a sadistic and approving character to the threat. Gene was communicating that Onision's stabbing and death would be desirable entertainment.

Criminal harassment and stalking implications

RCW 9A.46.020 recognizes criminal harassment where a person knowingly threatens future bodily injury or death through words or electronic communications and places the target in reasonable fear that the threat will be carried out. A qualifying threat to kill constitutes felony harassment.

RCW 9A.46.110 criminalizes repeated intentional harassment that causes substantial emotional distress or places the victim in reasonable fear of injury.

Federal stalking law, 18 U.S.C. 2261A, applies to a course of electronic conduct undertaken with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate where the conduct causes, attempts to cause, or would reasonably be expected to cause substantial emotional distress or fear of death or serious bodily injury.

Gene's statement was part of an established course of conduct that included:

• false criminal accusations
