On October 8, 2022, criminal stalker Anonymous Gene admitted repeatedly publishing inflammatory accusations and identifying

information concerning Onision, Lucas, and their children in public groups associated with Puyallup.

Gene wrote:

"Every single person commenting gets the same spam"

He further admitted:

"I've already posted 100's of times"

Gene then revealed that people influenced by his publications intended to approach the family home:

"also a couple of the people said they would be coming to visit you. Best of luck with that. ;)"

Gene Manufactured Outrage and Gave It a Physical Destination

Gene did not merely publish an address.

He first distributed inflammatory accusations portraying Onision and Lucas as child predators and serious sexual offenders. Those accusations were presented as established facts despite the official record clearing the original allegations with no evidence of criminal activity and the materially different statements previously made by Sarah and Regina.

Gene then paired those accusations with information identifying the family, their community, their children, and the area where they lived.

The sequence was deliberate:

• accuse Onision and Lucas of heinous crimes
• direct those accusations into local Puyallup groups
• display photographs and identifying information
• involve the children and their possible school community
• distribute the material hundreds of times
• send the same material to people responding to the posts
• identify the household as a local target
• inform Onision that enraged strangers intended to visit
• celebrate the threatened visits with "Best of luck with that. ;)"

Gene converted defamatory propaganda into a physical targeting operation.

The false accusations created anger. The doxxing information gave that anger a destination.

Gene Mobilized Hostile Third Parties Against the Household

Gene admitted that every person commenting received the same material.

That was recruitment and audience mobilization, not passive publication.

Gene repeatedly placed inflammatory accusations before local residents, encouraged them to view the household as a danger, and supplied information capable of helping them identify or locate the family.

When Gene learned that people intended to visit the home, he did not discourage them, remove the identifying information, or warn them to stay away.

He responded:

"Best of luck with that. ;)"

The response communicates approval and satisfaction that his campaign was moving from online defamation toward physical confrontation.

Gene also threatened:

"don't step away, I'll spam bomb the whole thing ;)"

His own words establish that he intended to continue flooding local groups until the accusations and identifying information reached as many people as possible.

The Campaign Created a Foreseeable Risk of Violence

Gene conducted this operation in an environment where:

• social-media users had openly called for Onision's murder
• people had offered money to have Onision killed
• the family residence had already been targeted and vandalized
• Gene had repeatedly threatened Onision with murder, stabbing, suicide, and third-party violence
• Gene claimed that he financed Chris Hansen's trip to the family home
• Gene claimed that he and Hansen discussed or wagered upon Onision's death

Against that background, publishing the family's information hundreds of times and directing enraged strangers toward the household created an obvious risk of assault, vandalism, confrontation, or lethal violence.

Gene's operation functioned as recruitment of hostile third parties to confront, harass, intimidate, or harm the family.

The children lived at the same residence. Gene's conduct therefore endangered people who had no involvement in the public controversy and no ability to protect themselves from strangers mobilized by his accusations.

Criminal and Civil Liability

Gene's own admissions document intentional, repeated electronic communications directed toward Onision, Lucas, and their family for the purpose of harassment, intimidation, reputational destruction, and third-party mobilization.

The conduct implicates:

• RCW 9A.46.110, Washington stalking

• 18 U.S.C. 2261A, federal stalking through electronic communications
• RCW 9A.08.020, accomplice liability for knowingly encouraging or assisting another person's crime

Washington cyber-harassment law addresses repeated or anonymous electronic communications made to a target or third parties with intent to harass or intimidate.

Washington stalking law addresses intentional and repeated harassment that causes substantial emotional distress or fear of injury to a person or property.

Federal stalking law addresses a course of electronic conduct undertaken with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate where the conduct causes or would reasonably be expected to cause substantial emotional distress or fear of serious bodily injury.

Washington accomplice law holds a person accountable when, knowing that the conduct will promote or facilitate a crime, the person solicits, commands, encourages, requests, aids, or agrees to aid another person in committing it.

Gene's doxxing, local targeting, encouragement, and celebration of threatened visits are highly probative of intent, knowledge, causation, and responsibility for foreseeable escalation.

The categorical accusations of child predation and sexual criminality also constitute the type of false allegations traditionally treated as defamation per se because they expose the targets to hatred, contempt, public exclusion, and danger.

Harm to Onision, Lucas, and Their Children

Gene forced the household to live with the knowledge that:

• their identifying information had been published hundreds of times
• local residents were being told they were dangerous sexual criminals
• their children and possible school community had been drawn into the campaign
• strangers influenced by Gene intended to visit the home
• the residence had already been physically targeted
• public calls for Onision's murder were circulating
• Gene intended to continue mass distribution
• Gene approved of the possibility of physical confrontation

The resulting harm included loss of residential privacy, fear of assault or murder, concern for the children, reputational destruction among neighbors, increased security needs, emotional distress, disruption of ordinary family life, and continuing uncertainty about who had received the information.

Onision, Lucas, and their children had the right to be left alone and safe inside their own home.

Gene deliberately attacked that right by manufacturing public outrage, directing it into the family's local community, publishing information capable of locating the household, and celebrating that hostile strangers intended to appear there.

October 11–20, 2022: Anonymous Gene Threatens a Family Confrontation and Publishes the Household’s Location

October 11–20, 2022 communications attributed to Anonymous Gene threatening a physical confrontation with Onision or Lucas, stating that the children’s presence would not stop it, and displaying advertisements and a map marker identifying the family home.

Between October 11 and October 20, 2022, criminal stalker Anonymous Gene sent Onision a series of messages threatening that hostile local residents would confront either Onision or Lucas and publicizing information identifying the family home.

On October 11, Gene wrote:

"People in your town really wanna have a chat with you, they'll meet you next time you go out. ;)"

Gene then stated that a person he called “Bob” did not care whether he encountered Onision or Lucas:

"he doesn't care if its you or your wife"

Gene expressly included the children in the threat:

"also said he didn't care if your kids was with you, he'll still chat with you. :)"

Gene concluded:

"Whats that feel like to know any random person where you live could chat with you at anytime? I'd be worried about what they had to say, but I don't think they'll be much talking. ;)"

A Threat of Physical Violence Against Either Parent

Gene’s repeated use of the word “chat” was plainly threatening in context.

He warned that unidentified local people would approach Onision or Lucas when either parent left the residence, stated that the presence of the children would not stop the confrontation, and added:

"I don't think they'll be much talking."

The message communicated that the intended encounter would involve physical violence rather than conversation.

Gene further emphasized that anyone near the family could act at any time:

"any random person where you live could chat with you at anytime"

This language was designed to make Onision and Lucas fear every unfamiliar person encountered near their home, vehicle, children, or neighborhood.

Gene Deliberately Exposed the Exact Family Home

The October 19 and October 20 records display material containing Onision’s photograph, accusations concerning the household, and a map marker placed on the family residence.

Gene wrote:

"Making ad's today, what you doing?"

He then boasted:

"like how I put the map marker right on your house?"

The preserved context identifies Craigslist as one of the services used to distribute the advertisements.

This was not the incidental mention of a city or general area. Gene displayed the precise home as the destination of an accusation campaign directed toward strangers.

He paired the location with defamatory material calculated to make readers fear, hate, or confront the household.

Defamation Was Used to Recruit Strangers

Gene’s method was consistent:

• accuse Onision and Lucas of serious sexual and criminal misconduct;
• publish photographs and identifying information;
• place a map marker on the family home;
• distribute the material through local advertisements and public platforms;
• provide the address to hostile third parties;
• tell Onision that local people intended to confront either parent;
• state that the presence of the children would not stop them;
• imply that the confrontation would involve violence.

A later message confirmed that another hostile person had obtained the residential address:

"if you are wondering... yes he has your address..."

Gene was not merely expressing an opinion. He was using defamatory accusations to manufacture outrage and then giving the resulting hostility a physical target.

The Children Were Expressly Endangered

Gene specifically stated that the proposed confrontation could occur while the children were present.

That detail materially escalates the threat.

It meant that Gene and the people he claimed to be mobilizing were willing to expose the children to a confrontation involving either parent. The threatened harm therefore included not only possible physical injury, but also the risk that the children would witness violence directed toward Onision or Lucas.

Gene’s conduct deprived the family of any safe boundary between the public campaign and the children’s home life.

Criminal Harassment and Stalking Evidence

Washington criminal-harassment law applies when a person knowingly threatens bodily injury or another malicious act intended to substantially harm physical health or safety and places the target in reasonable fear that the threat will be carried out.

RCW 9A.46.020 expressly includes threats communicated electronically.

Washington stalking law applies to intentional and repeated harassment that causes substantial emotional distress or fear that the stalker intends to injure a person, a family member, or property.

RCW 9A.46.110 defines repeated conduct as conduct occurring on two or more separate occasions.

Federal stalking law, 18 U.S.C. 2261A, applies to the use of electronic communications in a course of conduct intended to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate where the conduct creates fear of death or serious bodily injury or causes substantial emotional distress.

Gene’s messages document:

• repeated unwanted communications;
• threats of physical confrontation;
• threats directed toward either spouse;
• express disregard for the children’s presence;
• publication of the family’s residential location;
• use of advertisements and third parties;
• confirmation that hostile individuals possessed the address;
• conduct intended to make the family fear every stranger in its community.

The messages are direct evidence of Gene’s stalking intent, malicious purpose, knowledge of the danger, and deliberate use of third parties to intensify the threat.

Harm to Onision, Lucas, and Their Children

Gene forced the family to understand that hostile strangers possessed the home address, were being encouraged to approach them, and might confront either parent while the children were present.

The resulting harm included:

• fear of assault outside the home;
• fear that strangers would approach Lucas;
• fear that the children would witness or suffer violence;
• loss of residential privacy;
• increased security concerns;
• fear of leaving the residence;
• suspicion of unfamiliar people in the neighborhood;
• emotional distress caused by the continuing threats;
• financial and practical costs associated with protecting the household.

Onision, Lucas, and their children had the right to live safely and to be left alone. Gene deliberately attacked that right by defaming the household, exposing its exact location, threatening violent confrontation, and recruiting hostile strangers to carry his campaign into the family’s physical world.
