Gene admits publishing identifying information concerning Onision, Lucas, and their household “100’s of times,” distributing the material to people engaging with his posts, targeting public Puyallup groups, and knowing that people influenced by the campaign intended to visit the family home. The Facebook post used photographs and private family information to accuse Onision and Lucas of child predation and serious sexual crimes, referenced their children and possible school community, and directed the accusation campaign toward residents near the household. Personal names, residential information, and information identifying the children are redacted.
