A December 17, 2019 email states that Hansen would not appear on Onision’s program but that an earlier invitation for Onision to appear on Hansen’s channel remained available.

A forwarded March 28, 2020 exchange shows Morse imposing the conditions: “On his channel. Recorded. Not live. No ads.”

Onision initially demanded a live interview so nothing could be edited out. He then offered a direct compromise: Hansen could record and edit his own version, with no advertising or donations, while Onision simultaneously livestreamed the conversation so the audience would possess an immediate, complete record. The preserved exchange shows Onision following up several hours later with “Hello???” and no substantive response from Morse.

The image establishes that money and advertising were no longer obstacles. The unresolved issue was whether an independent, unedited record would exist alongside Hansen’s edited presentation.
